This yearly membership is designed for established patients who are stable in their midlife journey. The Maintenance Membership supports continued progress with regular monitoring and wellness maintenance. This package is not available for new patients.
Maintenance Membership Includes:
Four (4) session with Dr. Singla per year
Routine and follow up lab work
Body composition analysis
2 check in sessions with Nutrition coach
Well-Woman Preventative Visit (breast and pelvic exam and pap smear)
In-house product and service discounts
Support with prescriptions, supplements, and ongoing adjustments
