STEP 2: MARIGOLD SIGNATURE HEALTH ASSESSMENT ($800)
This comprehensive, two-hour session with Dr. Singla is designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create the foundation for your personalized care plan.
Before the assessment, the Marigold Center will arrange for a comprehensive blood draw with a female provider.
At the assessment, you and Dr. Singla will review your health history, (peri)menopause symptoms and lab results. Your assessment will also include an In-Body Scan and an Ayurvedic body treatment at the Marigold Center. Dr. Singla will also discuss whether you are a candidate for GLP-1 or GLP-1 microdosing.
Together, you and Dr. Singla will establish clear goals for your vitality and well-being. The outcome is a clear, customized health roadmap that becomes the foundation for your hormone, peptide, and lifestyle protocols.

MARIGOLD TELEMEDICINE HEALTH ASSESSMENT ($600)
This comprehensive, 2-hour virtual session is designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and lay the foundation for a personalized care plan. Together, you’ll review your health history, (peri)menopause symptoms, lifestyle factors, and lab results while clarifying your goals for vitality and long-term well-being.
The outcome is a customized health roadmap that serves as the starting point for your hormone, peptide, and lifestyle protocols. From there, you may choose the Marigold Care Package that best aligns with your needs and longevity goals.
This assessment includes:
A 2-hour one-on-one virtual session with Dr. Singla to review and discuss your health history, current health goals, menopause and perimenopause symptoms, bloodwork and InBody scan results.
A personalized discussion of: hormone and peptide therapy options, GLP-1 microdosing if appropriate, Lifestyle and Ayurveda-informed recommendations, and Marigold Care package options.
Telemedicine visits offer a flexible way to begin care while still receiving Marigold’s signature root-cause, whole-person approach. For CA Residents only.
STEP 3: MARIGOLD MEMBERSHIP OR PLAN
The Marigold Center has two options for continued support after your initial visit, to help you optimize hormonal health, enhance metabolic resilience, and establish a strong foundation for long-term vitality and graceful aging.
At your health assessment, Dr. Singla will help guide you toward the Marigold package that best fits your immediate needs and longevity goals.
Note that those choosing the Marigold Membership option will receive a selection of regenerative aesthetic treatments as part of their packets and are able to purchase additional ones at a discount.
To streamline care and provide a more personalized experience, The Marigold Center does not accept insurance. However, the Center does accept HSA, FSA and other health credit cards and will be able to provide a superbill upon request.
