At The Marigold Center, our medical services are designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond–with a focus on longevity, personalization, and precision care. Every patient journey begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand your symptoms, health history, and long-term goals, followed by targeted lab testing to assess hormonal and metabolic markers and InBody composition analysis.

From there, you and Dr. Sonia Singla will develop an individualized care plan that evolves with you.
When appropriate, Dr. Singla may prescribe bioidentical hormone therapy—delivered orally or transdermally—to address symptoms of perimenopause and menopause while also supporting long-term bone, cardiovascular, and metabolic health.
She may also incorporate physician-guided GLP-1 microdosing, using low-dose, precision therapy to support metabolic health, appetite regulation, insulin sensitivity, and sustainable body composition. Should you be a candidate for it, GLP-1 microdosing is thoughtfully integrated into your personalized longevity strategy.
Dr. Singla’s approach balances symptom relief with the broader goal of helping women move through these life transitions with clarity, confidence, and sustained vitality. It emphasizes proactive, data-informed medicine—supporting strength, metabolic health, pelvic function, and overall vitality.
Whether your goals include improving body composition, enhancing pelvic core strength, or optimizing metabolic health, our evidence-based services are tailored to your unique physiology.
